I. Digital Downloads

After purchasing Digital Download selections, the Digital Download link is available for 72 hours after payment is made.

II. Non-Digital Download Sales & Shipping

We attempt to ship music that is not considered a Digital Download selection within 48 hours or receipt of PayPal or credit card payment. Size of order and holiday seasons may impact timely shipping.

Items not is stock at the time of ordering will be canceled rather than back-ordered by Jacksonian Press, Inc. but can be reordered immediately by the customer. Items will then be shipped under a separate shipment as soon as stock is received from our suppliers.

Master Card, Visa, and Discover are accepted methods of online payment.

Sorry, no C.O.D.

Mailed orders must be accompanied by full payment, including shipping. Checks are accepted, but it may delay shipment until payment has cleared.

III. Return Policy

No returns on sheet music allowed.

IV. Claims Policy

Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Damage in transit claims must be made with the delivering carriers, as title to the merchandise passes at the time it leaves our office.
